I am a licensed mental health counselor committed to helping adolescents and adults on their path to bettering themselves or working through difficulties. I became a therapist because I disliked the way that therapy was approached when attempting to utilize it myself. I aim to meet my clients where they need to be met and try to utilize out of the box thinking when it comes to therapy. I do offer multiple therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT and Art based therapy. I am extremely passionate about helping people through their struggles, helping to provide resources for clients. Through my office, I offer classes on meditation, art therapeutics, and aromatherapy options.
